Tickets are NON-refundable.
This is a family friendly event so please treat others with respect. The festival grounds are at the heart of our community, help us keep them clean.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
No campfires or stoves permitted. No dogs.
In the event of a public health order we will do our best for the show to continue but will not be held liable or provide refunds if unable to do so.
Organizers reserve the right to refuse and remove anyone for any reason at any point before or during the event.
Your tickets are being purchased from Quadra Island (the organizer).
Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.
All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
